Grading is the quiet foundation of every good property. When the ground is shaped right, water goes where it should, lawns grow even, driveways last, and buildings stay dry. When it is shaped wrong, you pay for it every single spring. We move dirt for homeowners, farms, and builders across Indiana, and we grade it like the water is watching, because it is.

Cutting high ground, filling low ground, and establishing the pitch a property needs so rain runs away from structures instead of toward them. This is the step that decides whether everything built afterward works.
The difference between ground that is technically level and a yard you can actually mow. We finish-grade for seed and sod, feather grades into existing lawn, and leave a surface that drains without ruts, humps, or soggy pockets.
Plenty of Indiana yards were rough-graded by a builder in a hurry twenty years ago and never touched again. Standing water, washouts, and foundation-hugging slopes are all fixable, and usually in a day or two of machine work.
Waterways, lane crowns, feedlot pads, and the endless small grading jobs a working property generates. We are built for rural Indiana, where the nearest excavator has historically been two counties away.
Small residential regrades are often in the low thousands, and larger site or farm work scales with acreage and dirt moved. Every property is different, which is why quotes are free and fast: call or text a description and photos and you will get a straight answer.
Usually yes. Most standing water is a grading problem: the ground simply does not fall in the right direction. Reshaping the grade, sometimes with a drainage line added, solves the majority of cases for good.
That is the entire reason this company exists. Rural and small-town Indiana is our first priority, not an afterthought when the city schedule has a gap.
Most projects touch more than one trade. Same call, same standard.
