Boone County

Boone County is home ground. Our base sits in Whitestown, which means Boone County calls get the fastest response we can give anywhere in the state, and nobody local has to wonder whether we will really come, because we are already here.

The county is living through the fastest growth in its history. The I-65 corridor from Whitestown through Lebanon is turning fields into subdivisions, warehouses, and the massive LEAP district development, and every one of those projects pushes dirt work demand outward: new homeowners discover their builder-grade yards do not drain, small acreages get carved off farms and need lanes, pads, and ponds, and the farms that remain keep farming ground that needs tile and waterways like it always has.

The ground here is classic central Indiana glacial till, flat to gently rolling, heavy with clay, wet in the spring and hard as pavement by August. It grows corn magnificently and drains poorly, which makes grading and drainage the two most valuable services in the county. Clay this consistent also seals ponds well across much of the county, which is why farm ponds dot every township.

From Whitestown we cover every corner: Zionsville acreages that want the estate look with rural bones, Lebanon and the town edges where new construction meets old field drainage, and the western townships around Thorntown, Jamestown, and Advance where the farm work never stopped and the nearest big-city contractor never bothered to drive out.
